Your African Safari ExperienceOnce you arrive at Exeter River Lodge, the team at the lodge will welcome you and help you to settle in. As soon as you are comfortable and have had a chance to take in your new surroundings, your guide will take you out on the first game drive. During the game drive, the guide/ranger will take you around, looking for wildlife and items of interest.
After the game drive, you will be welcomed by a delicious dinner at the lodge. Should you have any special dietary requirements, the chef and kitchen team will make mouth watering creations, specified to your eating plan. At night, you can drift off in a peaceful sleep to the call of the wilds.
A typical day at this luxury lodge in South Africa starts with an early morning Big Five safari game drive. Exeter Private Game Reserve which is situated within the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve offers some of the best game viewing in South Africa.
When you return from your African safari, a sumptuous breakfast will be provided. You will then have the opportunity to relax around the lodge before enjoying African cuisine served on the elevated thatched viewing deck.
After lunch you will have the chance to have a lazy afternoon siesta, suntan around the pool or a visit to the curio shop. After Tea, coffee and snacks has been served in the mid-afternoon you will depart in an open-air Land Rover for your Sundowner Safari.
Upon returning to this African lodge you will have some time to freshen up before enjoying a delicious dinner in either the dining area, open deck or in the Boma around a roaring fire. |
